That's what a nurse told Caleb & me 5 years ago. We were in the doctor's office for a 37 week checkup, I stepped on the scale and my water broke.
We didn't even have a carseat for this kid.
Also we didn't know if it was a boy or a girl.
Um, we're not ready we told the doctor. The nurse thought this was pretty funny.
She was right, because what did it matter? How can you possibly prepare for a Madeline?

I remember the day she was born...such a funny phone call from you. She has turned out to be such a ham :)
